 This artwork is based on a photo by @ashley_alchemist, which she posted on Instagram the same day I had the idea to paint the reclining woman (a hill) in Martinique. For Ashley, the Earth, Nature, and She are one. This synchronicity and the beauty of the photo inspired me to create a piece where the reclining woman and Ashley are reflected in each other.
